The vineyard started 9 years ago with hardy winter hybrids (Frontenac, Sabrevois, and Marechal Foch) and today features Baco Noir, Vidal (for icewine) and several European viniferas (Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonanay and Cabernet Franc). The vines are pruned, tied and weeded by hand.
