Produce from the organic market garden reflects its seasonal planting. The green house helps jump start the season with early greens while asparagus is first up in the 2 acre vegetable garden. The garden is constantly changing with strawberries, raspberries, melons, squashes, garlic, sweet corn, chard, kale, tomatoes and root vegetables. The older orchard features Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, MacIntosh, Ida Red and Spartan. The new orchard has various heirloom varietals plus Honey Crisp, 3 types of pear, plums and cherries—all organic!
